Pashmina

We follow a very stringent Quality Check on each Pashmina piece we produce. There is only one fully focused Pashmina lab in India which is at Craft Development Institute (CDI) Srinagar, J&K and all our Pashminas are sent there for testing. The lab report / certificate is sent along with each piece you buy from us. You can expect the finest Pashmina stoles from Wax Colors. 

We guarantee the purity and authenticity of our products. We are 100% sure about our products being handwoven from pure Pashmina yarn. If you are not satisfied with the product, or if it is proven that any of our claims are false, you can easily return it to us with a full refund.

Cashmere

While we continue to send random Cashmere samples from our batches for testing, we do not send all our Cashmere pieces for testing unlike Pashmina where each piece goes for testing. However we are very confident of our quality and purity and vouch for 100% Cashmere products with a return and full refund policy if our claims are proven false. 

Viscose

100% Viscose . If you are not satisfied with the product, or if it is proven that any of our claims are false, you can easily return it to us with a full refund.

Oxidised Jewelry

We give a 1 year warranty on manufacturing and high grade oxidised silver polish of our jewelry. In case you find any manufacturing defect, please make a return and we will be happy to process a refund. Please ensure to follow the care instructions to keep the silver polish intact. Any exposure to water or perfumes impacting the jewelry finish, is not covered in the warranty. 

Jewelry

Our 925 Silver as well as Silver oxidised jewelry are selected with utmost love and care to stay with you for ever as a dear possession.
  1. Store these beautiful pieces in a Zip Lock Bag. This will restrict contact with air and prevent further oxidisation.
  2. Do not bring your jewelry in direct contact with Perfumes, soap, strong chemicals and excessive humidity.
  3. Store and handle your jewelry with care as they can be damaged by excessive force.

 Pashminas & Cashmere

We recommend all Pashminas and Cashmere stoles/scarves to be dry cleaned only. In case dry cleaning is not available, hand wash it separately in Cold Water. You may use a very mild shampoo for example a baby shampoo. Please ensure to dissolve it completely before handwashing it delicately in that water. 

Dry it in shade separately without hanging it as it may lose shape. 

We recommend you to use plastic zip locks to store away your Cashmere or Pashmina accessories. Store it in a cool and dry place. 

Viscose

Handwash in cold water with a very mild detergent or dry clean only. Dry in shade.

 

 

    1. How long are shipping times?

    Your products will ship within one to five days of receiving an order, and then take up to 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. 

     

    2. What's your return policy?

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at waxgroupllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return shipping cost will not be refunded.

    3. Can I cancel my order?

    No the orders once placed cannot be cancelled. As the processing time is one - five days, cancellation can be difficult if the product is dispatched. 

     

    4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund on receiving the return.

     

    5. Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not offer exchanges. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The return shipping cost will not be refunded and will be at your charge.

     

    5. Are duties included in the total price of my order?

    For orders outside UAE, product prices do not include VAT. This means that taxes/duties may have to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country. Unfortunately this is not under control of Wax Colors and strictly a local governmental issue . If you want to know the exact amount of additional charges, please check with your local customs agency.

    For the US, orders valued at less than $800 are not subject to duties.
